Shipping & Handling 

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, all items are usually shipped 3-5 business days and please note ALL PRE-ORDERS SHIPS OUT WITHIN 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day. 

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

+ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and KIOLOGY KOLLECTIONS, INC LLC is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.
